Posed as family friend to tell me about URGC, a federal grant that awards $150k to old, retired, disabled persons. Was given a name and phone number, but nothing else, even when I request specifics (web site, address). Insisted on calling or texting "Agent Harry Smith" to "claim your own winning money right now"...three times. Suspect my friend's account has been hacked.

My limited research traced the phone number to California.
