Harassing phone calls all day Morning till night. I feel like they purposely call more during work hours. They like to leave very threatening and supposedly time sensitive legal threats on your voicemail. These are debts that have been charged up by the bank or paid off up to 20 years ago. The more logic and evidence you provide them, the louder, their voice gets, the more rude they become, and insistent that you will suffer consequences. I provided them with all the proof in the world, including a letter from the regional manager of 5th 3rd Bank. In case that company is reading this, 5th 3rd Bank is looking for you actively . You seem to use them more than most accounts
Do not give in to these terrible people. All lies.

Contacted by robo caller, asking to redial to avoid lawsuit, when redialed people were rude and had viable personal information, except I had not banked with said bank for over 20 years, they said I left an overdraft in an account that’s been closed for a very very long time, if I would settle today and today only they would settle the 830 for 530… I hung up

Threating phone call that made it sound like there was a defrauding effort over $950 back in 2015 by target person. The scammer named the bank and said that because it was one of the largest government backed bank, if the target person did not pay, they would submit the information to check systems, which would flag and freeze all accounts and ruin credit. The scammer already had a lot of personal information about target. Target continued to push the scammer to provide additional information and the scammer apparently did not like that. The target asked to speak to the scammers boss and was told repeatedly that they were busy with other calls. The target checked with the bank in question and no such item was found on their side. Additionally, this was from more than 8 years ago, so even if it were a previous item the time of it is past. Finally, the target informed the scammer that they were under bankruptcy protection during the time that was indicated for the proposed transactions. If there had been a debt that came from that period of time it would have been listed and completely charged off at that time. The fight continued until the scammer finally said I am sorry we could not come to an agreement here; I am clicking the button to check that no agreement could be made. The scammer said that the account would be going up to their attorney and that now it was late to do anything about it ruining the life of the target. Target hung up the phone.

Rude and aggressive scammers! This company has been calling me daily for nearly three months. I figured it was a scam but today when they left a message threatening legal action/summons I responded by calling the phone number they contacted me on. +1 (505) 308-7703. It was answered and then transferred to a “case manager” who said I owe fifth third bank more than $1,400 but the “attorneys were willing to settle for only $1,036” if I can pay today. Stated legal action would commence at the end of business today unless I made a payment. Stated that I had been served many notices via mail (not true) they weren’t sure why I wasn’t receiving the mail but would happily email me a copy of the correspondence they sent me. So I allowed them to email me, making sure if there were phishing links to not click and report phish via my email settings. What they attached was a very generic word document which anyone could type up easily. Also the phony correspondence she emailed stated I must make a payment today, if this were a copy of previous correspondence and today was the final day to pay… why would the verbiage say “today”. The “case manager” became increasingly rude and aggressive when I refused to pay over the phone immediately. I told her I would do some research to confirm the validity of her claims as all of this was news to me. She went as far to say “we have your social security number do you really think this isn’t legitimate?” She then proceeded to recite my entire SSN accurately so I’ll definitely be keeping a close eye on my credit report. Beware!

Moore contacted me initially and was verbally abusive and rude and accused me of being a sleep when I did not reply in a swift manner. Even more verbally abusive when I asked to speak with a Manager, this was not granted until I said pleas and he confirmed that please needed to be said in so many words. THe SUpervisor kept calling me by my name like he knew me personally and when I tried to explain I needed to dispute, the supervisor interrupted me and asked me if I was done venting, so explaining is complaining to them. It was a rude, verbally abusive and the most bullying, I think that may have occurred on a call in one sitting by two of the most awful dispositioned males I have ever had the displeasure to have somewhat communicate with because there was no communication, there was bullying and verbal abuse.

This company has been arresting me on and off for the last five years. they keep telling me that I owe fifth third bank money and they are collecting the money for fifth third bank. I reach out to fifth third bank each time they keep calling me there are no flags on an account. I do not know if the third money, this has been years ago, this account was supposedly turned over to them. they are threatening me with a lawsuit. I’m going to be arrested. They’re going to take a civil suit out against me and then for three years I heard nothing from them two years ago. It started back same thing they scared me into thinking that I was going to be arrested, so I set up a payment arrangement with them, after I made the payment arrangement I googled the company and all I saw was scammers. I immediately called my bank had a payment stop to all the payment arrangements and now two years later as of January 2024, because of started again they’re a little stronger, a little nastier, very aggressive language, screaming, and yelling telling me that I am worthless and I am a human being for not taking care of my debt. William Purcell is the person opposingly over my account. He’s very nasty very mean I just want these people to leave me alone they keep telling me that they’re gonna have my wages, garnished they’re going to turn me into eighth place called checks system and they’re going to have all of my bank accounts stopped and I’ll never be able to use the bank again ever ! As I stated, once again, I reached out to fifth third bank last week. There are no red flags. Nothing on any account that I have closed out with them being flagged. This is supposed to be a case that was 16 years ago it’s never been turned in to the credit bureau, I just want these people to leave me alone, nasty human beans, and they should be ashamed of themselves. If you will Google Hartman, Weber mediations, all you will see is scammers scammers scammers where they have done the same to other people as they are doing to me something needs to be done to make these people stop.

So today I received a call from so-called Hartman Weber mediations. They advise me. I have a balance due for 5th third bank that was closed 14 years ago.
Upon completion of the call, because I felt something was odd. I contacted Fifth Third Bank and they verified that there is no balance due and the account was closed over 14 years ago.
They insisted I owe them this money.
Therefore I spoke to the so-called case manager and when bringing up legal. Documents that I have, she lost it to the point of blocking my number from calling.
So I did the next best thing and found a new phone and contacted them through another line and low in behold. They said that person, which wasn't even relevant to anything, said that they owed money. Also 5/3 third bank for crazy the same amount.

They contacted me saying I owe $880 one a closed bank account with wells Fargo. I am currently a Wella Fargo customer have been since 2008. They said this is from a bank account I closed in 2015. That is impossible because I have had the same bank account for over ten years. I contacted wells Fargo asking them about this so called negative balance bank account. They said I have no bank account with the last four numbers ending in 2920 nor do I have any negative balance owed to them. I called them back saying this and they said we will document that you are refusing to pay the amount you owe and send it to litigation.

They are rude and constantly trying to get me to pay an amount of money for a closed bank account that I had with Fifth Third Bank 13 years ago. I did owe some money when I closed the account thru an agency that was debiting my bank account over 5 years ago and I did receive a document stating the debt was satisfied. Now the above agency is stating that they will stop direct deposit of my Social Security check and Social Security will send me a check in the mail as well as they will stop any debit transaction thru my bank which I did not give them ant banking info. According to 5th 3rd Bank not only is my account closed but I don't owe them any money. I have contacted my current bank to get old statements to show who I paid this debt to but I keep trying to tell Hartman Weber as to what the bank has told me and they keep saying they can't take my word without documentation. This is frustrating and aggravating. I have since blocked their number and they call from other numbers. Per bank rep advise me to block their numbers. Also, Hartman Weber couldn't give me any legal rep nsme. All they were focused on a settlement over the phone and nothing else.

They called my husband stating I have a civil suit against me. When we called them back, they read out my SSN and said that I opened up a WF account and have an outstanding balance. Called WF Fraud department and they confirmed there is no such account.

The scamer was rude, when we asked for more information befor we paid, they siad the only way to get the information was for my wife and I to hire an attorney or just settle with them now. We called our bank that supposedly we had a debt with and they said we were good to notify you.

They're are scammers. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. They will get mad when you don't settle with them over the phone especially if you don't owe the debt as well as they use a scare tactic to get money from you.
