1. It came in my maiden name.
2. I have never had a ConEd bill in my name.
3. It doesn't show up on my credit report.
It also shows for a suspiciously low amount for my area. So low in fact that ConEd wouldn't waste the money to pay a debt collector to retrieve the fee.
This is a total scam! Please beware!!!
