I was looking for a company to help me publish my book. I visited their website and a pop-up customer service chat person joined in. We spoke by phone and text for several weeks and I provided $1200 for them to create my book. After a while, my initial contact who was named Chris, was out of the picture and I was dealing with someone by phone by the name of Mark. After several more weeks, I followed up to ask where my product was and he told me it would be sent out within seven days. A month goes by and I still have not received anything. I tried to reach out to them several times with no response by text anymore. I am asking for a refund, but they will no longer reply to me. I have never received any product.
