I ordered 2 pairs of boots through this company in March of 2021 and a pair of earrings. The listing said the boots were true leather, and well made. It took over a month for the company to process, ship, and deliver the items. Shortly after making the purchase I contacted them through email as their phone number is not working, to have a pair of the boots removed from the order, and a few days after that i wanted the whole order canceled and refunded. I was told that they do not do returns or refunds or cancelations after 30 days of purchase it wasn't even two weeks since i placed the order. Then the end of march i got a email with a tracking number, it sat in Jamaica New York till 04/17/2021 when it showed up at my house. However, it is missing a pair of the boots. The pair I received are a neoprene material the same material that scuba suits are made of. and the soles are plastic, they were not the size I ordered and as I was trying to try them on the portion that would be around the ankle cut through the fabric and cut me. the earrings also are not as listed on their site. The second pair of boots that I had ordered and then tried to cancel i was never refunded for and have not received them. The only way to contact the company is through an email that takes a week or longer to get a response from. The company's address doesn't match anything on google maps and the phone number when called just beeps. If and when they reply to an email it has Chinese letters.
