An appraisal was ordered with this company on 2/21, inspection date was set for 2/28. The order was placed on hold on 2/27. The appraiser still completed the appraisal on 2/28, per his final report. The company told us that the appraiser took a 2nd trip to the house for a second inspection on 3/3. This inspection date never took place and this company required a $150 2nd trip fee before release the product. The order didn't come off "hold" until the fee was paid on 3/6. They have refused to waive the fee or escalate it to management.

Invoice attachments have been provided with the block out of the client's name due to the Private Policy Laws we are required to follow.
