I have a silicone baby bib from them that I got maybe 5 years ago that eventually fell apart. I went to their website to order a new one, picked it out, entered my credit card info and got a confirmation email of my payment and it said a tracking number would be sent once it shipped. I never got a tracking number or the bib. Tried to contact them through their website, by email and messaged them on their Instagram and Facebook but got no response. I'm not sure if their business is even active anymore, but they took my money. My bank account was charged on 1/30/23. I finally disputed the charge with my bank today, 5/8/23
