Type of a scam Online Purchase
I called REVESSANCE, LLC and QUIVITALITY, the companies who placed those charges. I was told that I signed up automatically monthly shipping agreement when I ordered samples on 2/18/16. I clearly remember the ad was sent to me by email and titled “Thank You Costco”. There weren’t any words stated the automatically monthly shipping agreements in the email link. I attached a copy of original email from [email protected] on the ordering date and it stated “Please find the summary of your order below”, there was no words indicating automated produce shipments.
I called REVESSANCE, LLC 855-224-0589 and QUIVITALITY 844-442-6489 to request for product return. They simply hanged up on me. It occurred twice with two different customer service representatives from each company.
I contacted Citi Bank. The Citi Bank credited the amount to my Citi card, but recharged all back in the following two months. I was told by Citi Bank that the REVESSANCE and QUIVITALITY provided evidences of sending the product to me. Here is a summary of the evidences:
1. 3/7/2016 $98.79, company name QUIVITALITY (844-442-6489 FL)
Ordering date was 3/7/16. Delivery date was 2/22/16. It was not valid USPS tracking evidence.
2. 3/8/2016 $ 97.89, company name REVESSANCE, LLC (855-224-0589 DE)
Ordering date was 3/8/16. Delivery date was 2/22/16. It was not valid USPS tracking evidence. In addition, an identical USPS tracking number that has been used for item #1 was used once again for this item.
3. 4/7/2016 $98.79, company name QUIVITALITY (844-442-6489 FL)
USPS tracking delivery date was 4/7/16.
4. 4/8/16 $97.89, company name REVESSANCE, LLC (855-224-0589 DE)
An identical USPS tracking number that has been used for item #3 was used once again for this item.
The charges for RadianC-Anti Aging Cream and an Eye treatment on the credit card statement looked like was from two different companies. How can two different companies provide identical USPS tracking documents and each was used twice as evidences? I contacted Citi Bank again, but they refused to further assisting me and asked me to contact REVESSANCE and QUIVITALITY.
Summary, I have never authorized automatic monthly shipments. Evidence: my original order confirmation.
