I purchased a pair of sandals from this company in April and filed a claim at the end of June. they sent me a pair of the cheapest looking sandals I have ever seen in July, so I returned them to the return address. I probably will never see my money but wrote this to help someone else. Please if you value your hard earned dollars don't spend them here with this company.

I placed an order on May 2, 2020 from this company. The invoice was paid. I never received the two pairs of sandals order. I have emailed the company several times. It responds with a "tracking number" for shipment that does not connect to any carrier. I filed a complaint with my bank asking for a full refund.

I placed an order (#3751) from an ad on Facebook on May 2, 2020 in the amount of $42.68 for two pair of sandals. The amount was immediately deducted from my checking account and I never received the sandals. I received an email on May 22, 2020 that the order was on the way. I figured with the COVID 19 pandemic, the order may have been delayed On June 2, 2020 and again this morning, June 27, 2020 I contacted the company to request a refund via email. I have not received a response nor have I received the order. I simply expect a full refund in the amount of $42.48 and this company Hatbear, as well as Bigbeeper (which appears to be the same fraudulent company) should no longer be allowed to advertise on social media platforms. I have reported them to Facebook.
