Saw an item on Facebook that I’ve been looking for so I clicked on it and decided to buy it. It took me to their site where I made my purchase, entered my credit card info to purchase and they sent me a confirmation email of my purchase which included a tracking number. After a few days, I checked my email and googled the tracking number that they provided but nothing popped up. I emailed them to ask about the status and I received this message as I hit the send button. I decided to send anyway and they have not responded to me for 1 week now. Their email address is listed on many pages on their site. They do not have an address on their website, nor a phone number to contact them. I checked my credit card and they took out the amount that I bought the item for. They had stated to track the order on the Shop App which i downloaded and it is marked as shipped but I have not received the item yet. I googled the company and there is no information nor reviews. Their website is 26 days old, very new and their refund policy does not specify an address to send the item back to. The fact that they have not responded, have very little information, state they are the best sellers yet do not have reviews, and the tracking number is unable to be found, and I haven’t received my purchase yet raises much suspicion.
