Placed an order for clothing and they did not respond with an email receiving order, and tried to email them and the email didn’t go through. We are out $27.00, it could be worse. I used my debit card and if I get with the bank they will cancel my card and I will have to wait on another one, and that’s the only way I can get money.

I saw an ad for clothes on Facebook. In March 2023, I ordered several items through this website but they were never delivered. I did a search for the company and it comes up as a scam.

I pondered clothing items from online site that I saw on FB , never received the items, company statues that they would refund 90% of the total bill, I have yet 2 months later not received any refund

They respond by email to me , but never have issued the refund

I am currently trying to dispute with credit card

As JCP aid supposed to be a reputable company I felt ok to order from them, boy was I wrong !

This offer came across my email so I looked at it. I thought to myself, I really like a lot of these things, what great prices, and JCP is good, I’m going to order. This was on March 23rd. Nothing. I got an email back saying the order was delivered, but it obviously was not. I think I’d remember opening a package with 18 items in it. I should’ve known right then that it was a scam and too good to believe, but I didn’t.
I’ve written email after email asking for my stuff or a refund. I got an email saying that my order would be sent out in three days, that was the 23rd of April, still nothing.
Tomorrow I’ll contact my bank and see what they can do. These kind of people shouldn’t even be able to post sites like this. I cannot add a photo because I have nothing to take a photo of!

I made and paid for an order in January. Kept waiting for an email saying it had shipped, as of today still no email. Tried checking the tracking number and it wouldn't go through, finally today i copied and pasted it and it went through, but said my package was delivered on April 14th. There hasn't been a package left at my house. I tried emailing them but nothing. I can't find a number to call. If anyone has one please share. I'd like my stuff but getting my money back would be just fine too.

Purchased clothing from the site. They send a tracking number and you track it leaving China to the US. Once it stated that it was delivered I found a small box and inside was a fit to size generic ring. Tried to contact them by email with no response. Filed a report of fraud with my credit card company.

Used my credit card. It is impossible to get a hold of someone. No order number was given just a tracking. They claim to be jcp and they arent. I Have informed delivery and they say the package was signed for at the post office so it has been turned in with them too.
