Seller was advertising Yorkie puppies. wanted $150 through.Apple Pay for paper work to start the transfer, which included a contract. She would meet to deliver the pup. Before the meeting she could not make the delivery herself but could have it delivered but we would have to pay delivery person another $100. Did that and went to the meeting location where the delivery person was late and we were told he had tire trouble and would be there shortly. After a while we were told they had to go to the puppy insurance office and we needed to pay here the remaining $200 so she could have the puppy released for delivery. We refused to give her any more money until we had the puppy in hand. We asked for the money to be reimbursed then she cut off all contact. This was mostly done through messenger. The person that was suppose to make the delivery did text from a number 347 263 7124.
