I tried to purchase a puppy and now she's claiming i need $420 more than the $400 deposit before she'll meet me. I paid her on a Monday Feb 4th was to pick the puppy up in Louisville on Sat February 10th but 24 hours before pickup she wants $420 more before she'll meet us. No way!!!

Now she won't refund my money for 30 days!

This is horrible
