I ordered a costume from this website on 10/18 to be delivered 10/21-10/24 . There is no phone number on the site just an email and chat. I've been messaging them since 10/21 and no one has responded. I even tried writing to them to cancel since it hasn't arrived on time and still no response. I've emailed them multiple times and wrote them in chat and no one is responding. There's no option to cancel my order or call them . And they already charged me the 39.99 once I purchased . I emailed both emails [email protected] and [email protected]
