The man was going door to door offering a one time treatment. The next month I received a charge. When I called the office to find out what the charge was for, I was told it was my monthly service fee. I then explained that I did not sign up for service and that the guy said a one time treatment. Charlene then told me that they have a signed agreement and the contract was valid. I asked who signed it, she stated there was a signature and that it was valid. I told her that I did not sign anything, she then asked if I had proof that I didn't sign it. I asked her if she has proof that I did, anyone could have signed it. She went on to say I had three days after signing to cancel or else there is a cancellation fee. I again told her that I did not sign up for anything. She repeated that the contract is valid and did I have proof of not signing. I said this is not going to end well and I will see what my cc company has to say. I then hung up and not even five minutes later she processed the cancellation fee.
