We signed up for a year pest control contract with this company. After the year in May 2023 my husband called to cancel. Then on September 7 22023 my husband sees the technician in front of our home. My husband goes outside and tells him to please leave because our service was already cancelled. The technician did not do anything on our property. We did not received any more charges from them until today 9/26/2023 where they charged us a service fee again with out our authorization. I called to request a refund for this since this was unauthorized and they refused stating they have pictures of the technician servicing our home. He did not service our home though. They refuse to refund me on my credit card for an unauthorized charge. I then proceed to log on to see their reviews and post my own to warn people about this company and I notice there are many others who experience the same issue as us with this company.

The company has you sign up for pest control service then the auto pay charge you each month and only come to service you every 3 months but say you can call anytime in between to get service however many times you want. I have tried contacting the company after the first service to cancel with them since the pest control guy was only here for 5 min and didn’t do the job correctly and I still had webs and spiders and wasps on my home. When I try and call they either answer and transfer my call in which I sit on hold for over an hour and then they hang up or I just sit on hold for over an hour and nobody will pick up the phone. They say you can use the chat service in the patient portal but they don’t respond. They also have an option to do a call back and not lose your place in line on the phone which I have also tried multiple times and they don’t ever call you back. I’ve talked to a handful of their employees and they just try and transfer you to accounts and don’t give you anytime to say please don’t transfer me again I just want to speak to someone. They push you off and blow you off. I began to start reading reviews online which seems like numerous people have the same complaints and concerns. This company needs to be shut down or investigated
