I ordered a Large Dog Pool in May, I finally received it in August. When I got it.. it was tiny 8 in tall by 3 feet wide. Needless to say my large dog will not be swimming in that. I paid 80 dollars. The picture of the Dog swimming is was I bought, clearly not what I got!

I ordered a leather tool sewing kit from this mob on 17/05/2020 and it has not arrived. Many emails and they still cannot give me a tracking number. ❌TOTAL SCAM❌DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ❌

They are total shocks! Item never received, ordered 3 months ago. Responses to my umpteen enquires are generic follow up emails with no action! Never identified mail service!
Be careful! Do not buy from this SCAMMER!

Always thought that Facebook validated their online retailers that advertise through them. Apparently not. I purchased an item from Hazel Jar May 28th. I used PayPal. As of this date July 28th nothing has arrived. The seller no longer communicates with me. I have opened a dispute with PayPal. Hoping it ends in my favour.

After about 3 weeks I first contacted them through their facebook page. They directed me to contact them through their website. from that they claimed to be looking into the matter and that my purchase is on the way. I replied wanting a tracking number. This took several requests after I demanded a refund. They eventually sent me a tracking number that is bogus. Still to this day if you enter it through any carrier's tracking app it comes up as "unfound". Tracking numbers are only generated once the item is inducted into the shipping process. No tracking number means that it hasn't been processed. A tracking number that is unfound is a bull[censored] tracking number.

Hazel Jar is registered with an Ontario registration number. They have no customer review on their site. What reviews they have aren't good.
