The was a product advertised on social media. The scammer said this product was delivered to me but tracking shows it delivered to another address in the same town. Scammer stated they would reship the product and it was never shipped. I then asked for my money returned and the scammer offed a lesser amount than was billed on two separate emails. I stated I want the full refund as I never received any product. No money has been returned to me. This began on 02/25/2023.

I ordered two fluffy beds online from this company. They shipped me a hat. Now they want me to pay to return it and they say they will give refund once received. Or I can keep the hat and they will refund half the amount.
