They offered on facebook ad new Norfolk wreaths for $9.98 to be delivered before Christmas on their website. They said it would come from California, but when they sent me tracking information it said it was shipping from China. They claim through the tracking website- 17track that it was delivered. I never received it! It's now been 20 days when they said delivery would take 2-3 days.
