Type of a scam Online Purchase
I had some questions about my order after purchasing so I immediately called. I quickly realized, there is no way to get anyone on the phone. No one answers the customer service line. I even left multiple voicemails and never received a callback. I also sent emails.
Fast forward to two days later, after radio silence. Prior to my order being shipped, I ask to cancel my order via email because of the frustration in the lack of communication. I email back and forth with someone named Oscar (screenshot of email attached) and he refuses to call me back. Claims that they do not have a phone to call me back. What type of legitimate online business doesn't have a phone? Red flag.
They of course denied my request to cancel the order and proceed to send me a shipping confirmation. So I figured I'd give it up and keep the order.
2 days later, I get an email saying my package was delievered. Nothing was ever delievered. I have a Ring camera on my doorstep too, showing no package was ever delievered.
Of course I can't get anyone on the phone to determine where my package is or refund my money.
Absolute scam.
