The wig is not human hair. It has matted up and sheds horribly and when it was tested to put heat on it, it burned the pictures are attached is synthetic it’s not human hair I paid for 100% human hair wig and I got a synthetic wig. I can’t reuse this wig again I bought this wig and confidence that you were a honorable corporation.
The description and what you advertised on Amazon was not the product that I received
I previously contact you by email and never got a response back.
Then I went on your website and your contact information was removed.
I wasted my money and time.
This is not this is not acceptable as a consumer of your products.
I have contacted Amazon and regards to my dissatisfaction with your product and they said that they were reaching out to you I went on your website again and now there’s an email address, so I am contacting you to let you know as the consumer, how dissatisfied I am with my experience with your corporation.
They never responsed, they used fake pictures of wig that was delivered. Pictures were taken to prove that this wig was not what I ordered. I paid a professional hairstylist to install this wig at $180 and the wig is garbage. I can’t reuse it. I took pictures the wig when I put heat on it turn straight to plastic.
