I received an email saying that my norton virus software was automatically renewed and I would see it on my card. The charge would be $499.99. I called to say I hadn't ordered it and that I wanted to make sure that would not go through. The man got really intense really quickly. Then he informed me to go to a anydesk.com so he could gain access to my computer. It was at this time that I said I wanted to discuss this with my husband because it seemed fake. He started yelling and I hung up. When we looked at the email address that had sent the email we realized it was a gmail account with random letters etc (I should have looked at this first). I called him back and after he tried to get my information I told him that I knew he was scamming people and I was contacting the better business bureau. He then hung up.
