Two individuals entered our property, walked around and made verbal inventory of vehicles, ATVs, grills, etc. All documented on security footage. They than entered into our home without knocking or being welcomed in, not knowing if anyone may or may not be home. My son was home, they approached him asking about whose vehicles were outside and said they had a remodel company. (Side Note: we are having construction done currently and it was actively going on at the time, point being we clearly didn’t need remodel info). They left, and proceeded to do this to multiple neighbors, however were giving different stories for the reasoning behind their presence. For example, went to a neighboring property and stated they wanted to buy land, to which the home owner said the property was not for sale, they asked if they could “walk around and take a look at things”.

After a little online search, it seems there is an LLC for this company however no license or licensed contractor listed. Not much as far as advertising/review/active work.

We did notify the police, to which they collected all video footage and agreed that this was likely not a real business but a way for people to gain access to homes.

This incident has caused a lot of trauma to our children as I mentioned before they entered right into our home.
