I ordered a television online from the HDTV spot website.. I received the television and it was faulty.. The vendor advised that the issue would clear up in a couple of days. I called Sony to verify the vendors claims.. Sony asked me for the serial number of the television and they stated that a claim had already been filed for this device and the television was slated as a scraped device.. basically there was no warranty from Sony on the device.. this very upsetting because the vendor did not disclose that the television was open box and it it was open box, they did not disclose that it was a scraped television… they should not have sold a scraped device.. that is a deceptive practice… this vendor needs to be investigated.. they are probably scamming other people..
