It’s been a month and I ordered two shirts over $50 worth and I’ve been trying numerous times to get a hold of them through email no response I tried to cancel my order numerous times it would not let me I’ve been wanting my money back for the past month now and I am not hearing nothing back they make it impossible to get a hold of anyone to get a refund they are stealing our money by promising good they have no intention of providing. It says you can contact them give them your information email and stuff but when I send them an email I go back to my sent messages in my email there’s no address to it it says address not found so they don’t even have an email address they don’t have a phone number they don’t have an address I can’t give you that. Every time I go to contact them it gives you a space where you can put your information and then when you try to submit the email it says system error you can never submit an email I’ll try to do a video but for some reason it won’t let me upload it

Totalver and Hdver-club are a clothing site promoted on Facebook and Instagram that are taking peoples orders for clothing and not sending anything. They make it impossible to get ahold of anyone to get a refund and are stealing our money by promising goods they have no intention of providing. They are based out of Macau, India, USA, Thailand. They have changed their name . Please help.

Mine was the same thing they are quick to take your money but they are never answering back I’ve tried numerous times and nothing I’ve tried to cancel numerous times and it just won’t let me go anything past when I post product is taking too long then when I hit the cancel button it won’t let me go no further than that and it says they don’t owe me nothing but I already paid my credit card off thank God my credits not bad but I wish there was a way we can find out which site is legit and which site isn’t
