On October 24th 2023 I went on the website hdwdoors.com and purchased a custom window. A few days later I called to get an estimated delivery date. The man that answered took down my order number and said he’d call me back with he information. I few days later i called back because i didn’t hear from him. He said the same thing. A few day later a called again and this time he had all my information including when I ordered it and the dimensions of the window and said that because it’s custom it takes 1.5-2 months for it to arrive and that i should get an email with the delivery information when it was shipped. I never received an email and when I tried calling today both phone numbers on my invoice no longer work and the website now come up as a security risk. I’ve already contacted Capital One (the cc i used) and they are working on things on their end.
