I called this number back. They have repeatedly called my house phone claiming that I have an 8-year past due bill and immediately asked for my debit card. They guy that answered refused to give me his name and the account number that he said I owed for over 8 years. he said that he was a collection agent calling to collect an 8-year-debt I owed to Sprint. When I asked him for the account number, he said, and I quote "ma'am you are all over the place. I am going to mark this account as refused to pay." I asked him to simply provide the amount and the account number associated with this bill. He was adamant that he didn't have to give me any information on the account and told me that I should know because I didn't pay it. The address he said the bill was linked to was and is my current address but I did not live here 8 years ago. I asked him to give me the address associated with Sprint in 2009. He refused. I am going to file an official scam alert. I hope to find the correct number and address to report this man.
