Ordered a Led upgrade kit with free shipping. Retailer then stated items were not available and I could wait for a tracking number. Retailer did not offer any information and only after I paid was I notified that these items were not available.

The email I received was very scripted. I immediately responded to see when these parts were available. No response. Only after I mentioned filing a claim did I hear back from them.

A website that does not offer real-time inventory updates and takes payment before items shipped is a red flag. I found these available and cheaper through another online retailer.
