This is beyond wrong. I paid for a “English tour of the Santa Maria de fiore cathedral” with an optional dome climb for my daughter & I.
What we got was……1. crappy headsets that no one could hear. 2. No cathedral tour. 3. Optional dome access Dome access & museum cost 30 euro as I saw when I went into the museum.
