Ordered headphones on 6/19/23 and they said it would take a long time coming from China. On Nov 5th, 2023 I followed up with them. They apologized, and said they were sending out a new order. Again, nothing. I think they just drag it on in hopes people won't dispute or run out of time to dispute with their credit card company. They are a total fraud and I hope someone has the ability to shut them down.
