When I could not access Headspace I checked my subscription status to see that it was active until 9/22/2022.

I didn't think that a year could have passed since I signed up plus I did not want to renew my subscription.

I found that Apple had entered a charge of $69.99 on 9/17/2021! I had moved from Florida in that time frame and missed that entry.

Repeatedly I tried to contact Headspace to get the issue resolved only to be told ( since they couldn't correct the lock out issue for my account) that I would be contacted within 2 business days. That never happened. Now I want a refund!

Can anyone help this happen?
