I received a voice mail from Health Concepts claiming to be an Allstate Company. The message left thanked me for signing up with their Medicare Advantage plan and that I should have received their welcome package. I have never spoken to anyone at this company and did not authorize any change to my Medicare Advantage plan. I called both Medicare and United Healthcare to verify that no changes to my Medicare Advantage plan had been submitted. I also spoke to Allstate and verified this company is not an Allstate company. The telephone numbers include (336) 435-3709 and (844) 233-2175. When I ran a search of these numbers on the internet I found many negative reports about these numbers.
