tells people they get a subsidy cash card along with their health card. Received health card but no cash card. Called yesterday and they said the subsidy paid for the health card. This is not what the commercial said. Propaganda has no place in America.

2: Agents began calling me within seconds, and still have not stopped.
3: Weeks later I chose the 1st agent that called me. I dialed 858-346-5861, the number on which I spoke to a gentleman for about 10 minutes. (He had provided a different "home phone" but I got flooded with texts and calls since then)
4: The call to them was answered with no company name, just "if you want to buy insurance press #..." which I did and reached Nicole. I gave her all my important data, agreed to a plan, and she sent me something via SMS that would've taken 20 minutes to read, so I scrolled through it and e signed. No copy of it or anything else came via email or otherwise. Tapping the link again brought me to a message something like: "this is already executed" with no indication of company name or description. I was given a bunch of empty promises such as "you will get a membership card within 2 days". Also her direct number: 888-611-7032.
5: Nothing came in the mail. I called the 888 number which disconnected me a few times. Reached a CSR (Nicole was not available) who gave me: www.multiplan.com and my membership number so I can look up a specialist and print a card.
Multiplan is not an insurance carrier nor broker but they do carry a list of physicians. I googled the 888 number and it had a scam tag. 4-5 days later still got no member card, so I disputed the charge through my bank, successfully. I also found a way to a membership card, and it wasn’t a health insurance card but 3 unrelated “memberships”, 1 of which was “identity theft protection”. Yesterday, a full 10 days after speaking to Nicole, I got a card in the mail, redacted and attached.
I do not believe any of it.
I got a call from the same number 858-346-5861. I went on a website called quotes.firstquotehealth.com. They made me fill out a questionairre and then said I would be transferred to an agent. He spoke like a gentleman. I was impressed with the great insurance deal he had found. I asked him how it could be that ppl don't know about such a great insurance and he said that there's 2 ways to get insurance - through an employer or through a group and that he would do it for me thru a group. I was really excited though when I asked for some info he said that first I have to be pre-approved which he would do easily in 3 minutes - all he had to do was send an application to my email to be filled out and since I had no health issues all should be fine. I told him I needed to ask my husband and he said it's fine but that these were live rates with limited slots so the sooner the better, but don't worry if it's not available we'll give you another great rate. He said he was licensed in all 50 states. Interestingly enough, he also had contact info on the physicians I asked about. (He told me they accepted this health plan...) I told him I would call him back with my husband and he gave me his private phone 561-728-6176, said his name was Caleb, and said he worked remote and that I could call him anytime (=another red flag!) I was naive but thankfully did NOT call the guy. When my husband heard the details he was very suspicious and asked me not to use the guy. I checked up the number and THANK YOU for reporting this as I now know this was a scam and could've ended bad... Thankfully I didn't give him any real info.
By the way, it seems they got smarter because they sent me an email "We have processed your Health Insurance quote request. Here are more additional options for you to review." Click "View more options"... The email was from FirstQuoteHealth When I hovered my mouse over the button to click "View more options" it showed it as going to mandillapp.com and when I looked that up it came up online as not legit and caution of fraud.
So be careful!
I did not call anyone back but I hope they don't call me as they did to others!

The fraud alert said the declined transaction was from "Health program" . I'm pretty sure the name of the company I was told was MSH marketing and the plan he was proposing was Multiplan PPO. On what appears to be the official website for Multiplan PPO it states that "Their services are offered to health care plans, not individuals, as they do not sell insurance or offer any medical services.
