I ordered a watch and I have followed all the directions and you can't set it up at all. I emailed the company and was told they don't sell watches and [email protected] " Dear We are sorry to inform you that we are not the company you the watch; we do not sell any products like watches. Several other people have reached out to us thinking we sold them their watch; it sounds like a company is scamming you." This is the answer that I received

I have since changed my card I'm unable to download a picture
