A female named Mary Ann contacted me from phone number 817-725-7583 and told me there were only three days left of coverage for January 2023 and told me there were new PPO options and asked if she could text a quote asked me a series of questions. She told me to expect a text from someone. She said she's contracted with all insurance carriers. She identified Carlos as the benefits care coordinator. and she gave me the phone number of 786-623-7047, Carlos Caceres who would text me. He texted today and asked for my name, address, and SSN and when he asked me for my routing number for my bank. I did not give out any further information.
