Five different charges for #40 Ostomy pouch, drain able, with extended wear barrier attached, with built in convexity, with filter, were charged in successive months: February through June of 2024. Medicare approved and paid and the difference was picked up by my ****** ******* plan totalling $4200. I don't wear or use Ostomy pouches nor am I incontinent. This was supposedly ordered by ****** * Hoover. There is a doctor by this name here in Fayetteville but if I ever consulted with him, it was in 2016.

Attempted to purchase medical insurance through the health market place for myself then found out i could get a better medical package elsewhere and asked for a refund. I was told i would have to wait 3 to 5 business days for someone to call me to cancel and return a refund. It has now been 11 days and several calls later that the number provided only goes to voice mail and state to leave a message and some one will. NO One is returning my calls or my money.

I received a call from a unblock number

with the name of Karen Haberman she immediately ask if I was and told my name I said "yes" then she proceeded to ask if I received my insurance card. I immediately hung up. But not after I said yes to my name.

I have been recieving scam calls for some time trying to sign me up for medical benefits. On one call i was originally called by an obvious foreigner. After chatting for a bit they thought they had me (although i hod given them fake information.) They connected me with a different individual. This person "alex myers" said he worked for one digital health and benefits. I immediately asked him where they got my number and why they are calling people on the FCC do not call list.

He said one digital hires an outside company to do the cold calling so technically one digital did not call me and did not violate the FCC regulations...

Upon further reserch no branch of one digital health and benefits answeres any phone calls emails or correspondence. And looking at google reviews of the company show many many other individuals who have also had the same expieriance as me with one digital scamm calling and threatening them. To date i have recieved and continue to recieve calls from them and have endured everything from foul language to verbal abuse and death threats. I have never done any business with one digital and have contacted the FCC and police.

Scammer requested $200 by MoneyGram for services not provided then tried to extort $400 to carry out the service. Lied and said that although I sent him the $200, he couldn’t provide or complete the service until I paid him another $400.

They offered insurance that was supposed to be through marketplace. I was told I had insurance that was 80/20 but they kept changing their stories. I paid 787.00 total after several months of paying. What alerted me is I got a claim saying I needed coinsurance from them that they didn’t pay and also thought I lost my card so looked them up and seen they had scammed someone.

The scammer has used phone calls, emails and letters to insert their company between my healthcare provider and myself in order to obtain payments. They represent themselves as being "Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) partners" but BCBS said they are not a legitimate affiliate or partner with BCBS. They have knowledge of my provider and dates of my appointments.

I suspect that they are also known as Change Healthcare, which targeting my provider and me with the same scam tactics last year.

I called Obamacare and was transferred to this company identifying themselves as Innovative Partners. I enrolled thinking they were for real. For health and dental. I never used the service because after they told me my PCP accepted their payment -My PCP told me he did not accept this insurance. So that was lie number one. I called to cancel the health insurance policy. Cancelled the policy but they told me I would not get a refund. Payment on the policy was charged to my card on 9/15/2023 and I called them on 10/13/2023. Exactly 29 days. Their policy is no refund after 30 days. ok. And what about the charge that's getting ready to come out of my credit card. I just cant believe this is possible.

Person pretended to be from Medicare and asked my mother if she received her new Medicare cards. She responded No. the person asked her for her Miedicare # as well as the effective date of her coverage. That was on 8/21. A few days later on 8/26 she received 2 wrist braces along with the info from the company who mailed them along with more pages to fill out more personal information. I called into Medicare immediately on the 21st when I realized she was scammed. On 8/28 I called Right Care Medical to confront them on the scam and she apologized and will send me a return ship label and when the get them back she said they will credit back the claim that was put through. As of today Medicare has not seen anything. It could take up to 30 days

On 8/22/2023, someone claiming to be Malcolm Richards - after asking for my D.O.B., address and projected 2023 earnings - “offered” me a Cigna Bronze plan (ACA) with: $0 premium, $0 deductible, $50 doctor visits, $5 generic drugs & $9700 max-out-of-pocket. The plan was to start within 10 days via health insurance card which was to arrive via U.S. mail. He left call back # 880-430-1380 and said I’d receive an email re: the transaction. Having not received said email, I called 888-430-1380, asked to speak with Malcolm Richards and was told “I do not work with him & he must not have properly enrolled you”, all without ever providing my name.

I was having a very hectic day and had a number of issues pending, such as homeowner's insurance claim, etc. when the telephone rang. Normally, I would not have answered the call because I didn't recognize the name or number, but because I had so many issues up in the air, I did answer. I answered, "hello", and heard some background noise, then the caller said "Can you hear me?" Before I knew what had happened, I answered "Yes". I immediately realized what I had done, and the caller said "This is Lynette from Healthcare Benefits". I then immediately hung up the phone. Of course I was in a panic, but didn't want to assume the worse, but now I think that was definitely a scam because just this week our credit card was used fraudulently and I just received a "paypal" invoice for over $600 for something we did not purchase.

I received a refund check for $30 yesterday from what I thought was a legitimate healthcare provider. Check couldn’t be cashed. Realized the website looks just like the website that is scamming my fathers Medicare. They now have my checking account number

They contacted me via text message saying that my healthcare coverage was about to expire. I called and they took my name, birthday, and zip code then hung up on me. When I called back they gave me several different names of businesses and told me they were in several different states. They are definitely scammers... Please stop them ASAP!
