I called the number listed above to have my RO filters replaced and I was asked to press 1 if I am over the age of 50 and then I was pressured into purchasing a medical alert necklace for 1 dollar per day monitoring fee but the device was free of charge because they said they would pay for the device when I asked for the value of the device the customer service rep got defensive and I was disconnected I called back and I didn’t press 1 i did not want to disclose that I am over the age of 50 because I was asked this question immediately after I called I pressed 2 instead even though I am over 50 and I was told that I would be charged $ 4.99 to connect to reliance to speak to a customer service representative I immediately disconnected the call because I didn’t want to be charged i just want an appointment to get my RO filters changed and the number Reliance customer service department emailed me that I called twice is very concerning because it has 2 scams attached to it
