September 11 I received a parcel containing 6 bottles of a product called BHB and 1 bottle of GREEN COFFE. September 12 I called the number listed on the packing envelope to be told to leave a message so I did. I was not impressed with the process of leaving a message therefore i called the number listed next to my charge on the visa statement, A pleasant female voice responded, She began by asking me unnecessary questions when i called to report that I received an order of BHB when I ordered KETO, she proceeded to tell me that it will work as well as KETO. I asked for a total refund and i would send what I received back to Pure Balance, she then began negotiating the amount of the refund, and when I told her she would have to discuss it with my lawyer her negotiation of the discount changed into restoking fees of $5.59 a bottle.
I closed accusing them of running a sham and gave her 2 weeks to refund before i have my lawyer take over.
