(matt) I have built websites from home for clients. I am currently unemployed and seeking full-time work. I can dedicate 40 hours a week if not more, depending on what needs to be finished that day or for any deadlines that would be a factor.
(chris) How many years experience do you have in Data entry/Book keeping and Customer Service/Receptionist?How many years experience do you have in auditing reports?How many years experience do you have in sorting and filing documentation?
(matt) I have spent 2 years in a Customer Service/Technical support role for a web company called HostGator, 6 years in a Customer Service/Receiving Associate role for Bed Bath & Beyond. I have about a year as far as auditing reports as an Inventory Control Specialist, and about 2 years sorting and filing documents in a professional environment for a Doctors office called Associated Orthopedic Specialist.
(chris) Whats your typing speed? Do you have an idea of how to use MS excel ?What is your highest educational diploma?When did you receive it?
(matt) I cant remember my last result when i took a typing test. i want to say it was pretty high, i could retake the test again and give you a more definitive answer. I have used MS Excel in the past, its been a couple years but I can brush up again on that. I'm a High School graduate class of 1998 with some college but never finished college.
(chris) How long do you expect to remain employed with this company if hired?
(matt) If hired and my work is satisfactory then I can see myself with HealthFore for many years down the road, and if possible make a career for myself.
I love putting on my headphones and just work on my computer all day if possible, so this seems to be exactly what im looking for.

(matt) I have strong technical and detail oriented skills. I am very loyal and dependable employee with strong work ethics to get the job done. I really need this job and i know i would be an employee that you all could rely on to get work finished and finished correctly. i have worked with computers for many years and have a strong knowledge in software and typing. I have a strong determination to get my career started and I feel that data entry is a comfortable environment for me to work in.
(chris) Tell me about yourself and your last or current job?
(matt) I'm a proud nerd, who loves technology, gaming and music. I'm a musician who's been playing drums for over 20 years and was awarded musician of the year from my High School and awarded best Metal out of Texas in 2005 by the Edge Magazine. I enjoy work that is very detail oriented and when completed gives me a strong sense of accomplishment.
My last job was with Bed Bath & Beyond, i was a receiving associate and i was a team lead for the receiving department. I would process freight, scan in manifest, sort documents, verify products and at the end of the day close out the manifest and print out reports and check those reports for accuracy.

Your Primary duties Inputs information quickly and accurately from a variety of sources into a computer database. May take customer orders and enter them into a tracking system.. Prioritizes and batches material for data entry. Completes information analysis for procedures and reports. Must have knowledge of technical material and the ability to train and supervise others. Should also be capable of high-volume data entry.
Secondary duties : Now, your secondary daily duties would be to report to your Supervisor, who would be attached to you online, He/She would assign logs of duty daily and you would be required to work according to instructions, using the Microsoft Office tools and the Accounting software. Now the function of the Accounting software is to arrange, formalize and manage the data you have processed, sent to your supervisor via E-mail.

The funds for the software's and office equipment will be provided to you by the company via check and once you receive it all you have to do is to have the check deposited in your bank account and the funds will be made available for use within 24 hours or less ...Make sure you use them as instructed for the software and i will refer you to the vendor you are to purchase them from okay. As soon as the check its been issued out to you i will notify you and provide you with the tracking number so you can keep track and know when it will get to you okay.

So there is the scam, check fraud, email fraud, employment fraud, everything is a fraud. I contacted my bank and let them know to keep an eye on my account.
