HMA has collected money with the premise that the customer could use it for approved medical expenses with a debit card from the members account. They cancelled that program in the fall of 2023 and said we must submit providers to the HMA website in March of 2024 (no claims where paid during this time even though I has submitted claims in Nov 2023.) Fast forward to May of 2024, not ONE of the at least 10 vendors I have provided are approved. Or HMA says they are all approved, but when I go to my provider, they have not heard a WORD from HMA!!!! And that HMA is NOT an approved provider. I had over $8K in APPROVED OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES BOTH THIS YEAR and LAST year (4 surgeries) and I have NOT RECIEVED A DIME FROM MY ACCOUNT NOR WAS I ABLE TO SUBMIT A SINCLE CLAIM FOR REIMBUSEMENT!!!!!!
