I was contacted by someone named ****** ****** saying that I was shortlisted for an interview with Healthscope Ltd. based in Australia. I was to contact a ********* *********** through a messaging app called Telegram. A job offer was made within ten minutes and I was mailed what I believe to be a fraudulent check from a location I was not able to find. When I attempted to ask "*********" for more information about the job and the company she allegedly represented I was not given direct answers but simply urged to cash the check as quickly as possible. That set off some alarm bells and I immediately threw the check away and stopped all contact.
