Absolutely do not do business with this organization or whatever you wanna call it it is a very intricate and elaborate scam. I have always wanted a bull terrier for many years. My blue nose recently passed away and so I decided it was finally time to go and purchase another dog that I’ve always wanted, I should’ve done more research but I thought 700 was a good deal than 400 for shipping. Looking on the site. I found a puppy I wanted very easily. I submitted a request for more information like mini puppy sites. Do it seemed very normal. I went to email I spoke with someone via email . They were careful with their words at first overtime. They begin to slip in their English and they had me send them my name address and email print out a contract that they sent me as a PDF and I had to print it out and sign it and send it back to them. It was their supposed contract I sent them $1100 as I was at work waiting for my puppy to be shipped that day , I got a phone call from global freight shipping which also seemed very very legitimate. When you get the link to the shipping information from this company or agency it seems like a real flight agenda with departure times the puppies name but then all the sudden I get an email from them and an agent calls me saying they need 990 or $1850 for a crate For the puppy, my bank flagged this transaction because it’s in unknown or under the familiar the customer because I have not sent to them. The customer service agent from global freight shipping was kind of pushy and rude and did not sound very English but I assumed maybe it was just like a global call center of sorts And he was trying to rush me in a sense and I started to get a bad feeling. I finally emailed them well emailed the supposed person with the puppies Josh I had asked him about a phone call in earlier emails and he kind of dodged that and I just kind of let it go and this time I said, can you give me a call and he said of course he called me after about 20 minutes , he did not sound very English either. I told him about the crate situation and he acted like he didn’t know about that and he would call them to find out. He didn’t send me an email saying they rejected their crate. He didn’t know that they updated their policy which the agency also or agent also told me they updated their policy and that’s why I needed to do the crate Which in my mind how would you not know if you’re a reputable breeder that ships puppies often you would know about their policy and what have you? I asked him for a refund he emailed me. I only spoke with him on the phone that one time he emailed me though And told me he is not required to refund my money that he’s only required to refund the deposit on the crate, which supposedly was 990 and I would get back 970 but tell me how would he be able to refund my suppose a deposit on this crate if he is just the seller of the puppy in the crate is coming from the supposed agency it’s all a giant scam. I am sure that if I sent that 990 for the crate on top of my 1100 there would’ve been other fees like this supposed nanny that was supposed to drive the puppy to me. They probably would’ve asked for more money, and then more things would’ve come up , my stepdad began trying to or not sorry I’m doing talk to text. My father-in-law was upset that my wife and I got scam and he went and looked at it and noticed the same exact puppy was still on the website and he was immediately trying to sell the puppy to them. He eventually told him that he called the cops here and he be calling the authorities and trying to get them caught and this supposed reputable breeder which obviously this point I know it’s not and that’s why I say supposed, he said good luck lol , I absolutely do not recommend this to anybody. This is a giant scam and their website looks very very good. Maybe they are impersonating someone but that website let me directly to the email between me and the scammer just by submitting a request for the puppy this was a horrible experience for me and also very hard learning lesson. Now I have put a deposit today on a reputable breeder and the experience is literally night and day do a little more research and do it the right way I’m really sorry for anyone else who has fallen victim to this. It’s a very sad thing and very unfair. Finding an addition to a family with a pet is a big decision and there’s nothing worse than someone taking advantage.
I feel as if all their photos and videos because they sent me multiple photos like three videos of this puppy. It all seems very real. I think they are all stolen. I will also say from the people I can see in the video which you never see faces or anything they absolutely do not match the voices, I guess that could be subjective. Take it as you will. This all happened within the last week.
