To cancel you can call the 800 during the trial. You don't get back the $5.95, you have to call to get a return authorization # in order to get your $79.95 back. The address on my bank acct. shows 1320 N Sierra Bonita, no city or state. So I called back the 800 # and CS, John Ninelge said Las Vegas, NV is where the company is located. I really think this is a scammer big time. I'm in remission and I thought maybe this CBD Oil is good for me. I had 2nd thoughts so I cancelled my membership. The terms and use of service agreement lists the email address I gave you and it doesn't work.
