Website took my order, sent me a confirmation email and then never sent product. I submitted an online inquiry that was never responded to; sent 2 emails to email addresses located on website and in confirmation email; left 2 voicemails for customer service (which was the CEO's voicemail). Received refund from my credit card company (******* ***).
