The "breeder's" website includes extensive information regarding their available puppies and their high standards for puppy breeding. They claim that the dogs are AKC registered. After inquiring via email, we received pictures and videos of the puppy. They offered to ship the puppy from Miami to New York for $1,000. We, of course, needed more information, so offered to have our family members in Miami visit the puppy at their address. They agreed to this meeting, but when the time came, the owners at the relevant address stated that they did not have any puppies. Moments later, our family member received a scam call from someone claiming to be a Visa credit card representative. We have not heard from the "breeder" since, and have not emailed them since trying to facilitate the meeting.
