Received an email notification from a company I'd never heard of regarding a receipt of diet supplements that I did not order, amount totaling 170.82. I immediately contacted number on email, and explained that this was a fraudulent purchase. The representative tried to convince me that I made the purchase and proceeds to tell me from which address and the time of purchase. I then told her that was impossible because we were not in that state. I informed her I did not make any purchases nor authorize the use of my credit card information. It was very frightening as I still do not know how they obtained access. I requested to file complaint with her company and would do what was necessary to have my money refunded. She unnervingly informed me of the lengthy process but that if I "admitted to the purchase" they would provide me with options for a refund. I responded by asking her, "why on earth would I make an admission of guilt when I did no such a thing?" I refused to admit to anything, my money was refunded. I contacted my bank. However, I have received 3 calls from this same company, since this ordeal and I am at my wits end.
