Schnauzer fraud

Found a 10 week old standard Schnauzer pup online paid for the pup at a cost of $1400 which included transport cost to my home.
Was given a tracking number. So it didn't seem suspicious. Then I got an email from the transport carrier and the vet checked they said that when the pup arrived in Brisbane that it required a different crate so that the pup would arrive in good health. They said that it was a refundable deposit on the crate which would be refunded on delivery. Now I can't get any further response from the shipper and the tracking number shows the pup to be in Brisbane.
Pup has now been in transit 4 days.

I got sucked in, lesson learned. Found puppy online, everything seemed above board until the shipping. I got an e-mail wanting more money for a special container, and only through Zelle (no protection). When I said I did-t have it, the both the seller and alleged shipping company AG Priority Shipments, started paying my emotion's, etc. and that's when I came the conclusion that it was fraud and I was just out the original cost of the puppy, $730.
