Healthy scoop scam

I ordered one in April of 2021 and never received anything. Waited a month before I decided to email the shipper. No response. Tried to dispute the charge ,but couldn't get my money back.

Ordered 2 machines in April 202q. Got tracking number and began the wait. 2 months go by and several emails inquiring on the order. No responses. Finally had to file a dispute with credit card company. Finally om 9/15 my dispute was approved and I received a credit back thru credit card company. What a pain in the [censored].

I ordered my Healthy Scoops on May 7, 2021. I still haven't received it yet. I had a tracking order and would track it and it always said "In transit". Now it says "expired" when I check. How does the tracking number expire? I emailed them Sunday and have yet to hear from them.

(PS - its $13.99 on Aliexpress its comes in 40 days from China if you choose the most inexpensive shipping.
That's all they did, they're probably just not using a fulfillment center so it takes even longer)

Not even funny when your on a fixed income! Like others there's no phone # to call. This needs to stop!

I too purchased a Healthy Scoops machine May 28, 2021 for $65.98 through PayPal. I should have had the machine weeks ago. There is no phone number. After seeing people reporting the same problems, I have as of today filed a dispute and requested a full refund through PayPal. I have never had a scam through paying for a product through PayPal so I hope they resolve this quickly or I will be contacting my bank and have them take care of this fraudulent company to get my money back. Lesson learned: never buy anything from a FB ad as many of these are overseas companies…plenty are from China!

In April I ordered 3 Healthy Scoops machines. They have never arrived in spite of several emails and messages saying there was a delay due to COVID-19. The last couple of emails have gone unanswered. Order number 9194, approximately $180

I should have known ... it was closer to months than weeks for the Healthy Scoops machine to arrive. Finally it came. Opened the package...the plastic smell was sooo strong! I didn't get a book or any instructions. I had to order myself a book from Ebay for another $9. Then, it shut off on me and wouldn't come back on. I turned it on hours later...it worked. I never got the results that show on the commercial. And they have yet to contact me. Guess I'll have to admit...I've been scammed!

In May 7, 2021 I purchased this healthy scoops. They charged $59.99 and that money has already been paid out. I never received any confirmation nor any shipping information. I have emailed them 4 times asking for information but they have never responded. They just ignore every attempt at communication. I am starting to worry that this was a scam to get money. I wanted to give them enough time to send this to me but I think I will file a dispute with my bank to recover my money.

In March 21,21 I purchased healthy scoop ice cream maker ***** plus shipping. The site states you receive the machine ships in 7 days and 30 day money back guarantee. It also states. It says, “if you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time.” I’ve emailed at least 4 times since it’s been 5 weeks and they only respond my order is in transit. All the reviews look good now I see over 100 others on Facebook saying they were scammed too.
