Do not use this company Healthyskin which sponsors the BellNu skin products. It is a bait and switch con. They promise a free product for $5.95 then send two products and charge $12.00 on the invoice. There is no way to cancel order. Three weeks later a charge appeared on my credit card for an addtional $92.00. My bank called the company (no number available to me) for refund and was hung up on twice. Charge is still pending. As soon as it goes through, bank will refund me. However, they will scam countless others. Beware!!!

My 88 year old grandmother fell for an email scam offering free skincare products for the price of shipping only. It's another one where they send it out for $4.97 shipping, then charge $79.97 when you don't cancel your subscription you didn't know you signed up for within 14 days. One this one they doubled it, sending a pair of products under the names Adaptable Skincare and HealtySkin, charging twice for each.

I called and insisted on returning the products for full product refund. They gave me an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the address to mail the products to within 30 days of the original purchase. I sent the items via USPS with tracking. Upon following up, I discovered that they refused delivery of the package and now are claiming that the 30 day window is passed and there is nothing they can do about it. This is unacceptable!
