Someone went to a lot of trouble to make the "Hear Depot" website look and function like a legit website. One suspicious quality about it, though, is that some of the graphics do look slightly blurry, including the "FDA Approved" logo. Another is a misspelled word on the contact page (bellow instead of below). Also, all of the "reviews" are 5/5 stars. But I ordered anyway. No confirmation email was sent to me within "24-48 business hours" as site states. Then I called the "contact number." The voice recording says, "Subscriber is not available. Leave a message." I then checked the Better Business Bureau for complaints about this site and found a dozen. I immediately called my mother's credit card company to have the charge removed, and we cancelled that card. Having used my email address to place the order on the site, I continue to receive spam texts and calls. THIS WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP and the scammers brought to justice. Fortunately we did not lose our money, but too many others have.
